Mizu212 is a renowned organic Shabu-Shabu restaurant on the westside of Los Angeles, also known as the “Gateway” to Sawtelle.
Our concept allows you to cook at your own pace in a pot of boiling water, known as kombu-dashi (kelp-broth). Here, is where you get to interact by submerging and swishing the meats/ vegetables to your liking just before dipping it in our homemade signature sesame and ponzu sauces then voila! You’ve got a burst of mouth watering flavors floating around in your tastebuds!!!
We offer a wide range of meats, i.e., organic prime ribeye, free range chicken, seafood etc. along with organic vegetables. All entrees include a generous portion of variety of vegetables and is by far, one of the most healthiest and a delicious meal you’ll ever have! Don’t forget, adding garlic, scallions, daikon, and yuzu to your sauces will make it even better!
